Das Zimmer ist ca 24qm groß und Teilmöbliert mit einer Kommode, Vorhängen und Nachttisch. (hier fällt eine kleine Ablöse an) Ansonsten bleibt nichts von den Bilder im Zimmer!

Die Wohnung befindet sich 2 min zu Fuß von der U6 Haltestelle Haderner Stern entfernt, man ist also super schnell in der Innenstadt.

Mit dir zusammen würden Timo und Abdul wohnen. Timo ist Student und Abdul arbeitet schon. Beide sind Mitte 20.

Bitte meldet euch nur, wenn ihr wirklich schon ab 1. März einziehen/bezahlen könnt. Und wenn ihr gelesen habt dass das Zimmer fast nicht möbliert ist. (startet die Nachricht mit dem Wort: Biene, damit ich weiß, dass das gelesen wurde)
Außer den 3 Schlafzimmern gibt es noch eine großzügige Küche, ein Wohn/Esszimmer, einen Balkon, Bad mit Dusche und WC und ein zusätzliches Gäste WC. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine.
Wie hoch genau die Miete sein wird, kann ich noch nicht genau sagen, das muss noch mit dem Vermieter abgeklärt werden, aber ich denke dass es ungefähr bei 550€ warm sein wird.
