In den Zimmern wohnt derzeit ein Paar, das kommendes Semester auf Erasmus geht. Bei den vermieteten Zimmern handelt es sich um ein großes sowie ein kleineres Zimmer. Sie eignen sich perfekt für Paare, die sich das kleine Zimmer teilen und das große als Wohnzimmer nutzen oder auch für zwei Leute, die sich die Zimmer aufteilen und eines als Durchgangszimmer verwenden. Natürlich kann auch eine einzelne Person den Platz nutzen!
The rooms are currently occupied by a couple who will be going on Erasmus next semester. The rented rooms are one large room and one smaller room. They are perfect for couples who share the small room and use the large room as a living room, or for two people who share the rooms and use one as a passage room. Of course, a single person can also use the space!
Der Bezirk Jakomini liegt sehr zentral, mit dem Fahrrad ist man fast überall in ca. 15min. Die Straßenbahn hält fast direkt vor dem Haus und auf der anderen Straßenseite ist ein Supermarkt. Es ist eine angenehme Gegend, man ist außerdem zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten im Augarten, einem schönen Park.
The Jakomini district is very central; by bike you can be almost everywhere in about 15 minutes. The tram stops almost directly in front of the house and there is a supermarket on the other side of the street. It is a pleasant neighbourhood, and you can also walk to the Augarten, a very beautiful park, in a few minutes.
Die anderen beiden Bewohner*innen studieren derzeit (Bachelor). Wenn es die Zeitpläne zulassen wird gerne gemeinsam gegessen. Im Allgemeinen kann man sagen, dass sie unkompliziert und nett sind, sie sind für alles offen! Erasmusstudenten sind sehr willkommen, oder Leute die Zusammenleben für ein halbes Jahr ausprobieren wollen.
The other two residents are currently studying (Bachelor). When schedules allow, they like to eat together. In general, you can say that they are uncomplicated and nice, they are open to everything! Erasmus students are very welcome, or people who want to try living together for half a year.
Die Zimmer sind möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Kommode, 2 Schreibtische). Persönliche Gegenstände der Vormieter werden entfernt, sollte man noch mehr entfernen wollen, gibt es einen Keller in der wir selbstverständlich alles zwischenlagern können.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 527€ für beide Zimmer, die Betriebskosten werden dann je nach Personenanzahl aufgeteilt (bei 4 gesamten Bewohner*innen 72,75€ pro Kopf ; bei 3 Bewohner*innen 97€ pro Kopf).
Dazu kommen WLAN Kosten von 39€ im Monat, die auf alle Bewohner*innen aufgeteilt werden.
The rooms are furnished (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 desks). Personal belongings of the previous tenants will be removed, if you want to remove more, there is a cellar where we can of course store everything temporarily.
The basic rent is 527€ for both rooms, the running costs will be divided according to the number of persons (for 4 total residents 72,75€ per head; for 3 residents 97€ per head).
In addition, there are WLAN costs of 39€ per month, which are divided among all residents.
