Das Zimmer hat ungefähr 11m² und ist komplett renoviert. Ich vermiete es möbliert mit einem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Regal. Eine Waschmaschine steht im Bad zur Verfügung sowie eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, etc. Außerdem hat die WG einen schönen Balkon in Westrichtung.
Die Wohnung ist in München - Laim und sehr gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Die U-Bahn Station Friedenheimerstraße (U5) sowie die Tram- und Busstation Siglstraße (Tram 18, Bus 130) sind nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem sind Supermärkte (Rewe und Aldi) und ein Drogeriemarkt (dm) in 10 min Fußnähe. Generell ist es eine Wohngegend und sehr ruhig.
Die beiden Mitbewohner sind 21 und 22 Jahre alt. Der eine studiert Management und Technology an der TUM und der andere macht eine Pilotenausbildung. Wir sind gut befreundet, kochen öfters zusammen oder genießen den Abend auf dem Balkon. Wir erwarten, dass sich jeder Mitbewohner an den Alltagsaufgaben der WG beteiligt.
