Relativ Zentral, mit der U-Bahn U5 Richtung Laimer Platz brauch man vom Hauptbahnhof bis zur Endhaltestelle Laimer Platz 8 Minuten, zu Fuß bis zur Wohnung sind es dann ca. 7 Gehminuten. Gegend ist ruhig und grün
Ich bevorzuge ein ruhiges, entspanntes Miteinander, bin eine ziemlich entspannte und offene Person aber dadurch dass ich so viel am Arbeiten bin, auch sehr oft am Wochenende, möchte ich wenn ich nach Hause komme einfach meine Ruhe haben. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man was Ordnung und Sauberkeit aufeinander Rücksicht nimmt (Küche nach dem kochen aufräumen, Badewanne nach dem man geduscht hat sauber machen, Müll rausbringen, ab und zu mal den Flur saugen etc. man würde meinen das wäre selbstverständlich aber ist es anscheinend für manche nicht) Unter uns wohnt eine ältere Dame und unsere direkten Nachbarn sind Bekannte von mir, deswegen Partys oder ständiger. lauter Besuch ist eher nicht erwünscht. Alles in Allem ist es einfach ein ruhigeres Haus. Darauf nehme ich extrem Rücksicht. würde mir sehr wünschen, wenn du es auch tust. :)
Wlankosten, GEZ sind in der Miete inbegriffen, Waschmaschine steht im Keller
