Die Wohnung liegt in Laim, nur eine Gehminute von der Tram 19 entfernt, die eine direkte Verbindung in die Innenstadt bietet. Die U-Bahn-Station Laimer Platz (U5) ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gegend ist gut angebunden und bietet viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe.

The apartment is located in Laim, just a one-minute walk from tram 19, which provides a direct connection to the city center. The U5 station Laimer Platz is a 15-minute walk away. The area is well connected and has plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
In der WG leben derzeit 5 Mitbewohner aus Deutschland, den USA und Indien. Sie sind entweder berufstätig oder studieren. Alle sind sehr rücksichtsvoll und schätzen das gemeinschaftliche Zusammenleben.
Um die Wohnung sauber und angenehm für alle zu halten, gibt es ein Regelheft, das die Aufteilung der Haushaltsaufgaben organisiert und für Ordnung sorgt.
