Hallo! Ich bin Laura und suche eine Studentin zwischen 18-26 Jahren, die mein voll möbiliertes Zimmers in Laim übernimmt. Es handelt sich um eine gemütliche 4er Frauen WG, alle meine Mitbewohnerin sind junge Studenten und sehr freundlich :)

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen in der Nähe der S-Bahn Laim und der U-Bahn Laimer Platz, nur 20 Minuten von der LMU entfernt. Außerdem gibt es in der Umgebung alles was man im Alltag braucht: Supermärkte, Bäckereien usw.
Das Zimmer ist ab April verfügbar und soll vorzugsweise längerfristig angemietet werden (für mehr als ein Jahr).
Das Zimmer ist mit 22 m2 recht groß, hat sogar einen Balkon und die Kaltmiete beträgt 600 Euro zzgl. 100 Euro Nebenkosten.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, wir teilen uns die Küche und das Badezimmer.

Hello! I'm Laura and I'm looking for a student between 18 and 26 years old to take over my fully furnished room in Laim. It's a cozy 4-person shared apartment, all my roommates are young students and very friendly.

The apartment is very centrally located near the Laim S-Bahn and the Laimer Platz U-Bahn, just 20 minutes from the LMU. There is also everything you need in everyday life in the area: supermarkets, bakeries, etc.

The room is available from April and should preferably be rented for a longer period (for more than a year).
The room is quite large at 22 m2, has a balcony and the basic rent is 600 euros plus 100 euros for additional costs. The apartment is fully equipped, we share the kitchen and bathroom.
