Das Zimmer ist groß und schön lichtdurchflutet. Es ist Teilmöbliert und bietet genug Stauraum für all deine Sachen. Hier kann man sich auch gut zurückziehen und mal für sich sein oder mit Freunden einen schönen Abend verbringen.

Folgende Möbel sollten vom Vormieter abgelöst werden: Bett + Pax Schrank und bei Bedarf Lampen und ein kleines Regal.

Die U-Bahn Station Poccistraße ist super schnell erreichbar. Aber du kannst die Stadt auch gut zu Fuß erreichen. Genauso wie die Isar oder die Theresienwiese. Es gibt sowohl ein Edeka, Rewe, Penny und Aldi in der Nähe.

Du wohnst mit einer super aufgeschlossenen und netten Person zusammen. Dein Mitbewohner (22) hat sein duales Studium abgeschlossen und arbeitet jetzt Vollzeit. Wenn du auch aufgeschlossen und verständnisvoll bist, dann werdet ihr euch bestimmt super verstehen. Alles ist ein kann aber kein muss :)
