Das geräumige Zimmer bietet 19,5 m² Wohnfläche (unmöbliert). Das Zimmer findet sich im schönen Glockenbackviertel, in der Nähe aller netten Cafés und Bars und ideal für Spaziergänge und Kultur rund um die Isar.
Die renovierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung erstreckt sich über mehr als 75 m². Du teilst 2 Bäder (eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne), 2 Toiletten und die Küche mit den beiden Mitbewohnerinnen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Zur Aufbewahrung der eigenen Utensilien stehen Regale und Schränke zur Verfügung.
Nur 2 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn Fraunhoferstraße und zu den Tramhaltestellen.
Edeka, Netto, Penny, dm etc. in unter 10 Minuten Fußweg.
Das Zimmer kostet 1070€ warm. Bitte beachte, dass das Zimmer mit einer Küchenablöse von 1.061 € übernommen werden muss.

This spacious room offers 19.5 m² of living space (unfurnished). The room is located in the beautiful Glockenbackviertel, close to all the nice cafés and bars and ideal for summer walks along the Isar.
The freshly renovated 3-room apartment extends over more than 75 m². You share 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), 2 toilets and the kitchen with the two roommates. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are shelves and cupboards for storing your own utensils.
Only 2 minutes walk to the subway Fraunhoferstraße and to the streetcar stops.
Edeka, Netto, REWE & dm etc. less than10 minutes by foot
The room costs 1070€ warm (including all costs). Please note that the room has to be taken over with a kitchen charge of € 1,061.
