A large bright cozy room right at the city center at Geotheplatz (U3/U6).
The room is fully furnished, including a king-size bed, L-shape sofa with a large TV, wardrobe. You basically just need to move in with a luggage.

The room is facing a beautiful house opposite so you have a nice view from the room itself. The room is bright most of the day but the sunlight doesnt come in directly so you wont be disturbed if you want to have a long nice sleep. The area is quiet, clean and easy-going.

It is really located in the city center, right next to Geotheplatz (U3/U6).
4 mins walk to Weisn.
4 mins walk to supermarket (Lidl, Edeka, DM), REWE & Penny & other organic stores if you walk 3 more mins.
5 mins bike ride to Isar!
7 mins bus ride to Hbf.

surrounded by nice restaurant & cafes. :)

You will be sharing the flat with a flatmate who is also working full time. He is helpful and friendly, you may enjoy a beer or two together at the balcony or you could also completely have your quiet time alone.

The living room connected to the balcony is share among us so everybody can access.

The bathroom, toilet, and kitchen are shared. Of course try to be as clean as possible in all times. We have a new big fridge so if you have lots of space if you are into cooking!

I am looking for someone who can take over this beautiful room while I am away for nearly two months. If you need extra some dates before or after, we could also discussion about it (it should not be a big problem).

During your flat visit, we could also discuss how much space you need (ie the wardrobe) during your short stay.

We would like to welcome someone who is clean & tidy. Please also take good care of my plants (while enjoying their beauty of course)!
