Hallo zusammen,

ich bin auf der Suche nach eine*r neuen Mitbewohner*in, da der liebe Fynn München leider verlässt.

Dein Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß. Die WG insgesamt hat 60qm und wurde vor 4 Jahren komplett saniert. Es gibt 1 Küche und 1 Bad/WC. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Regendusche sind vorhanden.

Die Kleiderstange im Zimmer kann sehr gerne übernommen werden (250€). Die Ablöse für die Küche beträgt 350€.
Die komplette Monatsmiete (inklusive Heizung, Strom, Internet, GEZ) liegt bei 855€

In der WG wohnen gerade Fynn (29) und ich, Sebastian (31). Fynn verschlägt es beruflich nach NRW. Ich bin in den Endzügen meiner Promotion an der LMU. Fynn und ich sind enge Freunde und kennen uns bereits aus einer Bonner WG, in die wir unabhängig voneinander gecastet wurden. Unser WG Leben ist und war immer entspannt. Wir haben beide unseren eigenen Freiraum, unsere Freundes- & Bekanntinnen-Kreise, unternehmen aber auch viel geimeinsam, sowohl spontan als auch geplant.
