Roommate Wanted for Dynamic Shared Flat in Munich – Woman Preferred

We are seeking a new roommate to join our vibrant and friendly apartment starting January 1st 2024. Ideally, we are looking for a female to maintain a gender balance in our flat, which is currently shared by two women and two men.

Apartment Details:
- Type: 4-person shared flat (2F/2M).
- Amenities: Fully furnished with all modern conveniences. The living areas are spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
- Huge windows and great light especially in summer.

Room Details:
- The available room costs €901 warm.
- There is no balcony, however, the room has two big windows with a thick rim where you can sit on and get direct sun.
- The room must be taken over fully furnished for 650€ (this includes most of the furniture seen on the images and 2 matresses - great for having guests over)

Location:
Perfectly situated in the heart of Munich by the Isar River, near the Reichenbach Bridge. This area offers great social activities from dips and suntanning in summer, cold ice baths in winter Isar and a wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs for nightlife whole season round.

We are a sociable group who mantains a peaceful and fun living environment. While there is no pressure to do flatmate activities and we all have our own lives, we do enjoy sharing a meal, grabbing a beer together or doing an activity ourside of the flat.
