ein Zimmer ca. 19m2 in einer 98m2 große Wohnung, in der Pettenkoferstr. fast an der Ecke der St. Paulsstrassen.

Die WARM - Miete beträgt 610,-Euro und die Kaution ist 850,-Euro.
Die letzte Monatsmiete wird von der Kaution abgezogen, bzw. bezahlt und den Rest der Kaution die 140,-€ bekommt der Untermieter am Tag des Auszugs zurück, wenn er alle Schlüssel am Vermietern zurück gibt und wenn er sein Zimmer in Ordnung läßt!

Da wohnt ein deutscher Medizinstudent und ein Master-Student für Elektrotechnik, der gut Englisch spricht und zur Zeit lernt Deutsch.

Bei uns ist es ruhig, sauber und wir vermieten die Zimmer nur an Nichtraucher- / innen.

Ab Mai werden wir im Hause einen Aufzug haben.

1 - Minuten von uns ist die U-Bahn Haltestelle "Theresienwiese" U4/U5
5 - Minuten von uns sind mehrere Läden: Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rossmann, usw.
