I’m looking for a male tenant to take over my beautiful room in a 2-person WG at Goethestr. 47, Munich. The Hauptmieter is rarely home, so you’ll essentially have the entire apartment to yourself.

Room and Apartment:

The room is 20 m², bright, and cozy.
Rent: €1170/month (all utilities included: Wi-Fi, water, electricity, trash fees, Hausverwaltung)
Deposit: €1780
The room comes with a wardrobe and 3 separate open shelving units for organizing your things. These can also be purchased if you'd like to keep them.
The bed and mattress must be bought separately, but the price can be negotiated later.
I will be taking the chair and table, so you’ll need to bring your own or purchase new ones.

Zimmer und Wohnung:
Das Zimmer ist 20 m² groß, hell und gemütlich.
Miete: 1170 €/Monat (inklusive aller Nebenkosten: WLAN, Wasser, Strom, Müllgebühren, Hausverwaltung)
Kaution: 1780 €
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Kleiderschrank und 3 separaten offenen Regaleinheiten ausgestattet, die zur Aufbewahrung genutzt werden können. Diese können auch gekauft werden, wenn du sie behalten möchtest.
Das Bett und die Matratze müssen separat gekauft werden, der Preis kann später verhandelt werden.
Ich werde den Stuhl und Tisch mitnehmen, du musst also selbst einen besorgen oder einen neuen kaufen.
