Hi, ich bin ab Februar für ein Auslandssemester in Australien und würde daher gerne meine Zimmer utervermieten.

Kurz zum Zimmer: es ist etwa 24qm groß und hat 3m hohe Decken, was eine sehr luftige Atmosphäre gibt. Es ist voll eingerichtet.

Bezüglich den elektrischen Geräten werde ich warhscheinlch die teuersten rausnehmen (Beamer, PC). Die beiden Monitore können drinnen bleiben sowie die Playstation (wenn gewollt).

Hi, I will be in Australia for a semester abroad starting in February and would therefore like to sublet my room.

A little about the room: it’s about 24 sqm in size with 3-meter high ceilings, which gives it a very airy atmosphere. The room is fully furnished.

Regarding the electronics, I will probably take out the most expensive items (projector, PC). The two monitors can stay, as well as the PlayStation (if desired).

Die WG liegt im Glockenbachviertel direkt an der Isar (Wittelsbacher Brücke). Direkt vor der Haustür gehen 4 Buslinien, und zur U-Bahn läuft man ca 15min. Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein geräumiges Kellerabteil zum z.B. Fahrräder abstellen.
Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon zum ziemlich ruhigen Innenhof auf dem man gerade bei wärmeren Wetter gut einen Kaffee/Tee trinken kann und unseren kleinen Kräutergarten beherbergt.

The shared apartment is in the Glockenbachviertel, directly by the Isar (Wittelsbacher Bridge). Right in front of the building, there are 4 bus lines, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the subway. The apartment also includes a spacious basement storage unit, which is great for storing bikes.

There is a small balcony facing a quiet inner courtyard, where you can enjoy coffee or tea, especially in warmer weather, and it also hosts our little herb garden.

In der WG leben Nicole (24). Sie studiert Geographie und Biologie an der LMU. In ihrer Freizeit hört sie Metal, trifft sich mit Freunden zum quatschen/Sport/Motorrad fahren.
Max (25) studiert Data Analytics im Master. Er macht gerne Sport, kocht mit Kürbis, sitzt am PC und geht gerne auf Konzerte/ Festivals.
Amelie (22) studiert Architektur im Master an der TUM. Sie häkelt gerne und geht auf Flohmärkte oder Konzerte ihrer Lieblingsrapper.
Wir sitzen gerne zusammen in der Küche oder in der Bar gegenüber und spielen Durak bei Tee oder Wein! 🃏
Wir arbeiten parallel zum Studium und sind gerne draußen an der Isar oder sonst wie sportlich aktiv.

In the shared apartment lives Nicole (24), who is studying Geography and Biology at LMU. In her free time, she listens to metal, hangs out with friends to chat, plays sports, and rides her motorcycle.
Max (25) is pursuing a Master's in Data Analytics. He enjoys working out, cooking with pumpkins, spending time on the computer, and going to concerts and festivals.
Amelie (22) is studying Architecture at TUM. She likes crocheting and visiting flea markets or going to concerts of her favorite rappers.
We enjoy spending time together in the kitchen or at the bar across the street, playing Durak with tea or wine! 🃏
We work alongside our studies and love being outdoors by the Isar or staying active in other ways.
