Beautiful bright 15 qm in central Munich for sublet from 16.02 until end of march, flexible dates . Rent is 740€ /month all included , depending on time / weeks you’ll stay in the apartment.
My bright room is furnished with a 140x200 m Bed , hanger for clothing , drawer ( Kommode ) for clothes ,desk and a chair.
3 min to pocci Straße ubahn (Subway ) , 3-8 min by foot to supermarkets ( penny , alnatura , Rewe, Edeka , DM )
Cute cafes and restaurants as well as bars , a theatre and even a club in 3-12 min walking distance :)
8 min by bike to isar . residential area so a lot of families and not too busy. In a side street, with closed windows you don’t hear anything.
You’ll be living with Lorenz ,29, from Vienna , phd student at lmu ,who loves bouldering and sports as well as concerts and cooking.
Grace 26 , engineer from Manchester uk will be travelling in feb /march, too and will also sublet her room as well during that time :)
I’m 33, pediatric doctor and will be travelling to Brazil during this time.
We would love someone clean, non smoker, no drugs, who cares for our beautiful home and is responsible with things and the people around :)
We love our little flat very much and vibes are easy going. We’re all friends but busy during week days with work / friends / sports but regularly enjoy concerts or meals together during the week ends.
As Lorenz works and goes to bed earlieish we’re definitely not looking for a party person to sublet.
