I unfortunately have to let go of my beautiful apartment due to a family emergency, and I have to leave Germany. The shared apartment is nice and cozy, with ample space and a luxurious personal toilet with a fully equipped kitchen.
I personally love how the apartment is close to the city, it's a 5 minute ride to Marienplatz by the U-bahn, and a short walk to Sendlinger Tor, where all the nightlife, restaurants and cafe's can be found. You'll like this place if you're an urbanite who values convenience. It's also very close to the Isar river, a perfect place if you enjoy running or hangout there in spring/summer.
Within walking distance are delicious restaurants, by far the best food I had in Munich, and also many groceries stores. There's one within two minutes away from the house. Greek, African, Vietnamese, Uyghur and German just around the corner.
We are a group of young professionals community, with a very international background.
The living space here is different from traditional WG's, here we respect each individuals schedule and privacy as most of us are very busy professionals, but we will host outings and meetups over the weekend. So if you're outgoing and wish to connect with us, then you're more than welcomed. We have a nice amicable relationship with all the roomates and we help each other out so we expect that kindness, responsibility and respect from our future tenant.
As for the individual rooms, we ask that you would keep to basic living standards, for the common areas, as we are co-living. Plus points if you are already familliar with European culture. Most of us have interesting reasons to come here to Munich, so do share what brought you here so we can get to know you better.
As this is a highly contested location, please share the following details:
1) Short introduction, hobbies, and interest
2) Prior experience in living in WG
3) Employment/financial proof that you can pay the room
4) Fun fact and pictures about yourself
5) Insert the phrase "Urbanite" at the top of the message. That way we know that you're serious and you have read through everything.
