Wegen Urlaub in Mexiko wird in unseres 4-er WG von 21.08 bis 16.10 ein Zimmer zur Untermiete!
I will be on vacation for a month and for that reason I am renting my beautiful and spacious room in Goetheplatz. The room is 22 sqm and it's fully furnished (queen sized bed, Large Sofa, Desk and Chair). As I am leaving for vacation my things will stay in the room.
The apartment has a very chill vibe and you will be sharing with 3 relaxed roommates, Markus and Inken from Germany, and Laura from Colombia. They are very open, talkative, and always willing to share some quality time over breakfast or a beer. They enjoy both artistic events as well as exploring the nightlife of Munich. All roommates share the kitchen, toilette and shower (those last 2 are separated, which makes things easier). The kitchen is quite large, fully equipped and includes a small balcony with a nice view of the city.
The Price is 850 for the whole period. The deposit will be given back to you a couple of days after you move out.
Please send me a small description of yourself (it doesn't matter if it is in German, I read it perfectly but i chose to write the Ad in english for practical reasons).
