The room is great, with lots of light and a view of the street. It is on the fourth floor and has no elevator. But it is very quiet.
It has a sink, a desk, a double bed, bookshelves, etc.
The location of the dormitory is great. It is a 10 minute walk from LMU (or U3 and U6), a 2 minute walk from TUM in the center, a 1 minute walk from buses 154 and 153 and a 5 minute walk from U2. Close to Schellingstraße with many restaurants and stores. Very centrally located.
The room is in a wohnheim. The wohnheim has 4 floors and about 60 people. Each floor has 3 bathrooms, 3 showers and a kitchen that are shared by around 15 people. Each floor has various amenities such as a vacuum cleaner.
In the kitchen, everyone has their own cupboard, fridge and freezer.
The residence also has a gym and bar, study rooms and a library. You can book all these rooms and have them all to yourself.
Important: it's a student dorm only! It's a Christian residence, so you have to have a baptismal certificate.
Everyone is open to new people :)
