The room is 20m^2 with most necessary furniture and a lot of space.

It's in the centre of Maxvorstadt. The TUM Main Campus is directly across the street. Lidl and Edeka are 2 Minutes by foot. And all kinds of shops or barbers are very close too.
The Bus Stations are 2-3 Minutes by foot and the U-Bahn is 5-6 Minutes by foot away.

Nice international roommates. 2 From Turkey and 1 from France. They don't speak much German so it's a more international flat. But everybody is welcome.

The room has to be subletted for the first 2 Months but after that you can/ should want to continue with a permanent contract that will replace me completely. I will explain it more detailed in person if you want but that's just how it's planned.

Also I will only sublet it if you take some of my furniture for 500€ / it's the "Ablösevereinbarung" for me, because I have to leave them here.

If you have any more questions you can ask me, but because I am a little bit in a hurry I will give the room according to the first come, first serve principle.
