Es handelt sich um eine WG mit zwei Zimmern und gesucht wird eine Mitbewohnerin. Deine Mitbewohnerin ist unser 25 jähriges AuPair Monica aus Kolumbien. Sie spricht fließend englisch und hat letztes Jahr ihr Jurastudium abgeschlossen. Sie ist sehr ordentlich und nett. Sie wird bis mindestens November bei uns bleiben.
Die Wohnung ist renoviert und frisch gestrichten (leichtes grau). Monica wird die Wohnung diese Woche beziehen und das andere Zimmer ist auch ab sofort verfügbar.
Das Zimmer kann entweder unmöbliert (langfristiges Mietverhältnis) oder möbliert vermietet (mind. 6 Monate, 1200€) werden. Im Preis inklusive ist ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz.
Die ideal geschnittene Wohnung verfügt über eine großzügige und vollausgestattete Küche. Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Esstisch sowie ein ausreichend großer Kühlschrank sind vorhanden.
Ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Es gibt ein Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradkeller.
Im Preis inklusive ist ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz (Duplex) und Nebenkosten (Strom, Internet etc.)
