No, this is not a scam. However, our building is very old and sort of neglected (full transparency). For this reason it is getting renovated starting September, meaning you could only enjoy this deal for about six months.
If you get the room it is really important that you commit to empty the apartment at the end of the period, collaborating with the other roommates. Also, you would need to pay for the furniture I am leaving behind: desk, screen, chair, new bed and new matress, kommode and two wall shelf. I am also leaving the closet which is still functional, but since the state of the back is quite loose I am not charging for this.
DREAMY LOCATION.
Very close to massmanpark.
Only 3min from U2 theresienstr.
Apotheke, DM, Lidl, Rossman, Netto, Penny, Rewe. All of this reachable within 10min walking.
We live in the Rückgebäude and therefore most of the time it is super quiet, except for the occasional noisy neighbour.
You will be roomates with:
*Florian (39M, German). Aerospace engineer, currently in a sabbatical living the dream of climbing every weekend and traveling the world for months.
*Jovana (27F, Serbian). Master student in Biomedical Computing at TUM, while also working at the Patent Litigation Law firm. She loves cooking and baking.
Overall we appreciate a (realistically) tidy roommate. We run a cleaning schedule and like things good and clean.
Also, sharing some time together in the kitchen is always a possibility, but also, each will have their private time behind closed doors in their rooms whenever needed.

Moving date would be Sunday 16.03. It is okay if you want to move in later, but the payment of the rent has to start from this date (non-negotiable).
