I am renting out my room for a few months. The room is spacious, very bright and furnished - so you don't have to bring anything. It has a large closet, a comfortable box bed, nice reading chair and a spacious desk. The position is great and it gets a lot of light.
The apartment also has a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, separate toilet. Pictures/videos are welcome via Whatsapp.
The apartment is in a perfect location - right on Landwehrstr. and just a few steps from the Hauptbahnof. There is a Lidl, a DM and a Rewe within 5 minutes walking, plus numerous cafés invite you to linger right on the doorstep. The English Garden is just 25 minutes away on foot. There is also a Theatre close by.
You have quick access to Trams, Ubahn, and buses. Karlsplatz and Sendlinger Tor stations are 8 minutes away.
You will share the apartment with 2 working women. They're both warm and inviting.
Nila works both from the office and at home. She likes to engage in conversations about almost everything. She also enjoys making a nice meal every now and then.
Patricia always works from the office. She loves music, enjoys going to concerts and making a Spanish meal when she can.
Occasionally and when time allows, there's a breakfast or dinner together.
It's a clean flat, as we have a cleaning schedule. We value kindness and we love to respect each other.
