Furnished: 140 cm bed, desk, sofa, closet. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate toilet. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher.

The apartment is in a perfect location - right on Landwehrstr. and just a few steps from the main train station. There is a Lidl, a DM and a Rewe within 5 minutes walking, plus numerous cafés invite you to linger right on the doorstep. The English Garden is just 25 minutes away on foot. There is also a theater close by.

You have quick access to trams, subway, and buses. Karlsplatz and Sendlinger Tor stations are 8 minutes away.

You will share the apartment with 2 working women. They're both warm and inviting.

Nila works both from the office and at home. She likes to engage in conversations about almost everything. She also enjoys making a nice meal every now and then.
Patricia always works from the office. She loves music, enjoys going to concerts and making a Spanish meal when she can.

Occasionally and when time allows, there's a breakfast or dinner together.

It's a clean flat, as we have a cleaning schedule. We value kindness and we love to respect each other
