Ich vermiete ein WG-Zimmer zur Untermiete im November und Dezember in super Lage (evtl. auch länger).
Miete: 830€ pro Monat warm.
WLAN ist vorhanden.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 16 m2 und einen eigenen Balkon mit Balkonmöbeln.
Die Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, …) bleiben alle drin (außer der Poledance-Stange).
Die Küche, der Essbereich und das Bad werden geteilt. Auch Küchenausstattung ist vorhanden.
Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind auch vorhanden.
Im Keller gibt es auch einen Trockner.

Die U-Bahnstation Josephsplatz (8 min) und Universität (15 min) sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Tram 2 Minuten weg.
Direkt im Studentenviertel. Sehr belebte Umgebung mit Bars, Restaurants, Cafés, …
Einkaufsmöglichkeinen (Rewe, Netto) sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Du wirst einen Mitbewohner (Max, 22) und eine Mitbewohnerin (Ricky, 25) haben. Beide sind super nett und studieren in München (Wirtschaftsinformatik & Grundschullehramt).
Wir sitzen abends gerne zusammen um zu Kochen oder einen Film zu schauen.

Du kannst auch gerne mein Fahrrad benutzen:)
