The room is located in the quiet neighborhood of Harthof. It is a bright and large room, already furnished by the landlord, in a 3-room apartment in a shared apartment. The house has a nice backyard where you can grill and invite friends, the neighbors are cool and friendly. In front of the house, there is a beautiful public garden with space for relaxing and sunbathing. Plus you will have your own south-facing personal balcony to enjoy the sun during Munich's winter.
The house is 4 minutes walk from Edeka, 8 minutes walk from Netto and Lidl. The U2 station is 5 minutes walk away. The bus 172 stop is 1 minute walk away. The room is ideal for people who work at BMW (8 minutes walk) or MTU (bus right in front of the house, 20 minutes drive).
The other two roommates are super nice and friendly guys who both work in the IT sector. Cleaning is carried out weekly, with each roommate taking turns.
