Welcome to our cozy shared apartment where me, Shayari and Wini live together. Shayari and I work as researchers in AI ;) Wini is studying her master's in Psychology at LMU. Unfortunately, in April Wini will be leaving us :( so we are now looking for someone to take her room.
Our shared living dynamic is built on mutual respect and consideration. While we may have separate routines and schedules, you'll find a peaceful and quiet atmosphere in our apartment. Sometimes, we gather in the kitchen during the evenings after work or have a glass of wine on Friday nights together. However, most of the time, we are all quite busy with our work and make sure to give each other space.
Shayari and I both enjoy going on hikes, exploring Munich's bars and restaurants, going to the gym and going to concerts at the Olympia stadium. Additionally, I also love to go bouldering, practicing improv and doing standup comedy.

In our shared apartment, we have a well-equipped kitchen that includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, and a stove. You'll also have access to a fridge to store your groceries and a comfortable dining area with a table and three chairs, perfect for shared meals and friendly gatherings.
To ensure the kitchen remains well-maintained and accessible to all, there is a one-time cost of 400 euros. This cost is equally divided among the three roommates to cover the expenses of maintaining these appliances and ensuring their functionality.
This arrangement ensures that you can enjoy the benefits of a fully equipped kitchen without the hassle of managing it individually.
We also have a basement where you can keep your bike and any additional items.
