Die Vermieter haben die Wohnung die letzten zwei Jahre renoviert und wir sind die ersten, die nun einziehen dürfen. Sie befindet sich im 2. OG (mit Aufzug). Absolute Highlights der Wohnung sind die 45qm Gemeinschaftsfläche sowie zwei Bäder mit Dusche/Badewanne.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Leopoldstraße auf Höhe der Parkstadt-Schwabing. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man circa 10min zur LMU bzw. 18min mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. In circa 10min ist man auch an der Münchener Freiheit.

Wir haben die WG selbst neu gegründet und wohnen jetzt bereits seit 8 Monaten dort. Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut.

Ich bin Lili (23) und mache aktiell meinen Master in Finanzmathe an der LMU. Ich gehe diesen sommer Backpacking in Indonesien und würde deswegen mein Zimmer untervermieten.
