Die Warm-Miete beläuft sich auf 750 €.
Zusätzlich zur Warm-Miete kommen 10 € für die WG-Kasse dazu, womit Rundfunkgebühren, Waschmittel, etc. bezahlt wird.

The furnishing includes one bed with option to double bed, table, chair and wardrobe.
The house consists a total of 5 rooms, a bathroom with shower/toilet on the 1st floor and an extra toilet on the ground floor. On the ground floor ist the kitchen with seating. In the basement you will find the washing machine with space for clothes horse.
The total rent is € 750. In addition to the rent, there is €10 for the shared apartment fund, which is used to pay for broadcasting fees, detergent, etc.
The apartment is only rented to NON-SMOKERS (no e-cigarettes either)!
The rental is limited with option to extend!

The house is located in the northern district of Harthof near the FIZ by BMW (10 Min. walk).
The HARTHOF subway stop is a 5 minute walk away. From there you can reach the university or the center in about 15 minutes.
An Edeka supermarket and a pharmacy are a 5-minute walk away. The MIRA shopping center is a 10-minute bike ride. There is a pizza place at the beginning of the Goldmarkstreet. The Ziegelhaus restaurant is 2 minutes away.
