The room is fully equipped with a bed, mattress, table, chair, wardrobe, and the big shelf. The heater works perfectly. In total there are 3 washrooms in the house, and there is a private washroom just besides this room so if you take this room, you get a private washroom also.

The nearest public transport is Olympiazentrum/Oberwiesenfeld. Both are approximately 7-8 mins walk. There is Edeka, Apotheke, Saloon and Kebab/Pizza shops nearby. The house is very close to Olympiapark (Actually it is in Olympiapark)

Living in this WG is pretty chill. We sometimes eat together, do activities together (watching a film, cooking together, talking/sharing the day etc.) but at the same time, we respect each other's privacy also. We have a cleaning schedule and we try to stick to it, cause it's a big house and needs maintenance. We have a big living room, a big kitchen, 2 gardens and a big Keller. All the facilities are there in the house.

Ideally I would like to rent it out from 28.11.2024 till 08.01.2025 but if you want just for December, please let me know. KVR is not possible but the landlady will know that you will be living here.
