Das Zimmer ist bereits gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet dir alles, was du brauchst: ein 90er-Bett (kann zu einem Doppelbett vergrößert werden), eine Kommode, ein Regal, eine praktische Aufhänge-Stange, sowie einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. In der WG erwarten dich außerdem eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Balkonzugang – perfekt für entspannte Abende. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschmaschine teilst du dir mit einem weiteren Mitbewohner.
The room is already furnished and has everything you need: a 90 cm bed (can be expanded into a double bed), a dresser, a shelf, a practical hanging rail, and a desk with a chair. The apartment also offers a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with access to the balcony – perfect for relaxing evenings. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and washing machine, is shared with one other flatmate.
Die U-Bahnstation „Frankfurter Ring“ (U2) ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, und du bist in 20 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Auch die Bushaltestellen der Linien 50, 150, 177, 178 und 179 liegen direkt um die Ecke. Falls du mit dem Auto unterwegs bist, erreichst du die A9 in wenigen Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten? Kein Problem! Direkt vor der Tür findest du Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, DM und einen Bäcker – alles, was das Herz begehrt.
The "Frankfurter Ring" subway station (U2 line) is just a 2-minute walk away, and you can reach the city center in 20 minutes. Bus stops for lines 50, 150, 177, 178, and 179 are also just around the corner. If you’re driving, the A9 highway is only a few minutes away.
Shopping? No problem! Right outside the door, you’ll find Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, DM, and a bakery – everything you could need.
Aktuell leben hier 2 Männer und eine Frau in der WG – alle berufstätig. Dazu gehören auch unsere beiden Katzen Freddie und Elvis, die erst kürzlich bei uns eingezogen sind. Es wäre super, wenn du keine Katzenallergie hast und dich auf tierische Gesellschaft freust. 😊
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und suchen jemanden, der Lust auf ein respektvolles und harmonisches Zusammenleben hat. Ob gemeinsames Kochen in der Küche, ein gemütliches Glas Wein oder Bier vor dem Fernseher – bei uns wird nicht nur gewohnt, sondern gelebt!
Currently, there are two men and one woman living in the flatshare – all working professionals. Our two cats, Freddie and Elvis, have recently joined the household, so it would be great if you don’t have a cat allergy and enjoy some furry company. 😊
This is not a flatshare just for convenience; we’re looking for someone who values respectful and harmonious living. Whether it’s cooking together in the kitchen or enjoying a cozy glass of wine or beer in front of the TV, we don’t just live here – we make it a home!
