Ich ziehe aus meinem kleinen aber feinen Zimmer aus. Das Zimmer ist hell und mit den wichtigsten Möbeln eingeräumt (die würde ich ablösefrei da lassen) - Bett, Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Kleiderschrank.

Die WG hat einen großen Wohnraum & einen Balkon, also hat man genug Platz falls es im Zimmer zu eng wird.

Direkt am Frankfurter Ring, Bushaltestelle Moosacher Straße direkt gegenüber, U-Bahn ca. 5min Fußweg. Lidl und dm sind direkt nebenan, Aldi, Bäcker, Edeka, Döner in 5min Laufweite. Man ist auch super schnell im Olympiapark.

Aktuell sind wir noch zu viert, im Februar wird aber vermutlich außer mir noch eine Person ausziehen, das heißt ab Februar wohnen hier noch Caro (20) und Julia (23).
Die WG wird also halb neu gegründet. Bisher ist es ein entspanntes Zusammenleben, bei dem gerne mal zusammen gekocht oder gequatscht werden kann, aber auch jeder mit Studium/Arbeit gut beschäftigt ist und dadurch auch Ruhe braucht.

Bei Interesse bitte hier schreiben, am besten auch mit kurzen Infos zu gewünschtem Einzugsdatum & Übernahme der Möbel.

Unterlagen braucht dann erst der Vermieter, entweder Gehaltsnachweise oder Bürgschaft zB der Eltern.
