The room is very spacious and has a great view from the 4th floor towards south. The room is very silent - even sleeping with open windows is possible. The room has direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy your evenings. The room is furnished with a bed and a wardrobe (different than on the pictures). The other furniture will be removed.

The flat has a nice, big kitchen and 2 separated bath rooms, which make mornings uncomplicated.

The location is perfect for students: The subway station Oberwiesenfeld is 5 minutes away, taking you in 10 minutes to the university or central station. Close by are the main sport facilities of the universities, a student restaurant and several possibilities for grocery shopping.

The living in the flat share is relaxed and respectful. We sometimes cook together, talk with each other or do joint activities on the weekend. The same way, a closed door is respected, giving everyone a safe zone to relax and come down after an exhausting day.

The landlord canceled our contract - thus we need to move out of the flat. I am subletting my room since I've already found a new flat. I will move all remaining furniture out on May 31st and clean everything.

There was a water damage in the kitchen / living room. The water issue is fixed (no water dripping out), but the ceiling still needs to be fixed.
