Das Zimmer ist groß, grün, voller Pflanzen und noch mehr Licht. Es hat direkten Zugang zu einem Balkon, der von wildem Wein bewachsen ist, und einen kleinen Tisch, an dem man zu zweit essen kann🌱. Insgesamt herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre, und es bietet genügend Raum für viele Leute und Gäste🌞.
Du hast ein großes Bett, in das dir die Sonne direkt ins Gesicht scheint. Mit den Rolläden kannst du es aber auch dunkel und gemütlich machen. Ich lasse ein paar Spiele, etwas Farbe und einige Miniprojekte zurück, die immer wieder schön anzusehen sind.

The room is large, green, filled with plenty of plants and even more light. It has direct access to a balcony draped in wild vine, with a small table perfect for two to dine🌱. Overall, it has a pleasant vibe and offers enough space to accommodate many people and guests🌞.
You have a big bed where the sun shines directly on your face, but thanks to the shutters, you can also make it dark and cozy. I’m leaving a few games, some paint, and a couple of mini projects behind, which are always nice to look at.

Im Haus befindet sich eine Bäckerei, 2 Minuten entfernt liegt ein REWE und mit dem Rad erreicht man in 5 Minuten den nächsten Aldi. Der Luitpoldpark lädt zum Laufen ein, und das ZHS bietet vielseitige Sportmöglichkeiten. Zudem gibt es einige Tischtennisplatten sowie einen Outdoor-Fitnesspark. Direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich eine großzügige, ungenutzte Wiese.

There’s a bakery in the building, a REWE supermarket just 2 minutes away, and the nearest Aldi is only a 5-minute bike ride. Luitpoldpark is perfect for running, and the ZHS offers a variety of sports activities. There are also several table tennis tables and an outdoor fitness area. Right next to the building, you’ll find a large, unused green space.
Wir sind eine Gruppe gleichgesinnter Menschen, die gerne Sport machen, in die Berge 🏔️ fahren, klettern 🧗 und gemeinsam essen 🍽️. Sogar ein kleines Volleyball-Turnier in der Nachbarschaft haben wir schon organisiert.
Unter der Woche ist es hier eher ruhig, da Lukas und Marius arbeiten. Trotzdem trifft man sich ab und zu gerne in der Küche ☕. Wir haben einen einfachen Putzplan 🧹, damit die Wohnung immer ausreichend sauber ist.

We’re a group of like-minded people. We love doing sports, heading to the mountains 🏔️, climbing 🧗, and sharing meals together 🍽️. We even organized a small neighborhood volleyball tournament.
During the week, it’s pretty quiet since Lukas and Marius work, though we happily cross paths in the kitchen now and then ☕. We keep a simple cleaning schedule 🧹, so the flat is always sufficiently clean.
