The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Frankfurter Ring and Milbertshofen underground stations. The bus stops right around the corner. In both directions you look into the green. On the front of the house is the parks of the old tram line in Milbertshofen. These connect one to the Luitpoldpark and then continue to the Olympiapark - perfect for those who like to spend time in the green.
Shopping is also more than enough in the pedestrian environment. There are 3 underground stations for Munich's freedom. The English garden can be reached by bike in 10min.
FIZ is a metro station away. So ideally located for people working in the BMW environment.

Die Wohnung liegt nur etwa 5 Gehminuten von den U-Bahnstationen Frankfurter Ring und Milbertshofen entfernt. Der Bus hält direkt um die Ecke. In beide Richtungen schaut man ins Grüne. An der Vorderseite des Hauses befindet sich die Parkanlagen der alten Tramstrecke in Milbertshofen. Diese verbinden einen zum Luitpoldpark und dann weiter bis zum Olympiapark - perfekt für alle, die gerne Zeit im Grünen verbringen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen im fußläufigen Umfeld auch mehr als genug. Zur Münchner Freiheit sind es 3 U-Bahnstationen. Den Englisch Garten erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 10min.
Das FIZ ist eine U-Bahnstation entfernt. Also ideal gelegen für Leute die im BMW-Umfeld arbeiten.

I am Florian, 31 years old and project engineer at a service provider in the automotive industry. I have been living in the WG for a little over a year and will take over the main rental of Brukhard as of 1 May. Leo, who is 33 years old and is just starting at the Helmholtz Zentrum.

Our WG life has to start playing. As we work under the week, we're looking for a roommate who, if possible, has a similar day rhythm. It would be cool if you wanted to move in the long term. Ganz frisch in die WG eingezogen ist Leo, er ist 33 Jahre alt und fängt gerade beim Helmholtz Zentrum an.

Unser WG-Leben muss sich jetzt erstmal einspielen. Da wir unter der Woche arbeiten, suche wir einen Mitbewohner, der nach Möglichkeit einen ähnlichen Tagesrythmus hat. Cool wäre es, wenn du langfristig einziehen willst. Darüber hinaus sind wir eigentlich ziemlich offen für alles. Nur ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit wäre wichtig.

Wenn du Interesse hast dir die Wohnung anzuschauen und mich und Leo mal persönlich kennenzulernen, dann schreib mir gern. Je nachdem von wo aus du herziehst, können wir auch gerne einen Skype-Call o.Ä. vereinbaren. Sofern es möglich ist, würden wir aber einen Termin vor Ort bevorzugen.

I have calculated the cold rental and additional costs proportionally with the common area and the single rooms. The additional costs include the costs of heating, electricity and the community of the entire house, as well as the costs of the Internet and GEZ. If you have a car, you can rent a parking space for 70€ (if one is currently free).
The WG was refurbished quite high-quality a few years ago. For the kitchen including all appliances, washing dryer and other floor furniture, a detachment of 800€ applies. And then it's all yours a third.

Die Kaltmiete und Nebenkosten habe ich anteilig mit der Gemeinschaftsfläche und den Einzelzimmerflächen berechnet. Die Nebenkosten beinhalten die Kosten für Heizung, Strom und Gemeinwesen des gesamten Hauses sowie die Kosten fürs Internet und GEZ. Wenn du ein Auto hast, kannst du für 70€ einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz dazu mieten (sofern aktuell einer frei ist).
Die WG wurde vor ein paar Jahren recht hochwertig neu eingerichtet. Für die Küche inkl. aller Geräte, Waschtrockner und sonstigem Flurmobiliar fällt eine Ablöse von 800€ an. Dann gehört dir das aber auch alles zu einem Drittel.
