study/computer table, however you want to use it.

three seater sofa, which can be converted into a bed as well
extra bedding and everything is present in room, incase you want to use it.
There are some board games, and resistance training equipment also present in room, if you want to use.

There is a pretty big balcony attached to the room as well, with a sofa present in it, if you want to use.

There are some plants in the room as well, which I hope you can water once a week.

It might also be possible to take over from end of feb, around 25Feb

tram20 , U1, U7 are within walking distance of 5 min. U3 can be reached in 14min on foot.
REWE and Penny and a bakery are within walking distance of 5 min as well.
Olympia Einkaufzentrum can be reached in 14min on foot.

The entire apartment consists of 4 rooms, common dining area.
shared kitchen 1 toilette and 1 bath room.

Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you will need and some extra machines like juicer, blender, grill, kitchenaid as well, if you want to use them.

you will be sharing the apartment with 3 other guys

Lin is doing is PHD here, so you wont find him most of the time

Carlos is doing his bachelors

timothy is doing his masters as well

you will mostly find carlos and timothy in the flat, mostly cooking their meals.

overall, the apartment life is really good, no one interrupts other, and respects the boundaries

There is a common cleaning schedule for the apartment, which will need to be followed
