Our flatmate is moving out feburary 15, and so we are looking for a person to live with us.
Who is us, you ask?
I am Colleen (29), originally from the US. I work in Munich and have been in Germany since 2021. I love to travel, cook and hike.
Julius is living in the other room. He is 26, currently studying law at LMU and is originally from Kassel. He loves to do sports, spend time outside or travel around.
We are looking for an open minded, friendly, kind and down to earth person. You should know how to have a good time and clean up after yourself. We are always down for a beer or wine at the end of the day in our kitchen while have some deeper conversations about life in English or German.
The flat is in Moosach near Olympia Einkaufzentrum on the first floor. The U1,U3 are in walking distance as well as two supermarkets (rewe, norma) and the Olympiapark. We have a shared kitchen as well as a seperat toilet and bathroom with a washing machine.
Your room is shown in the pictures above. It is possible that you can take over the dresser, desk and couch.
