Hi, I am currently looking for someone to overtake my bedroom in a 3 people WG.
The apartment is located next to the olympic park einkaufszentrum, where you can find several supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and shops. In 10 minutes by foot you can reach the U-Bahn (U1,U7 and U3) that takes you to the city center in half an hour and 20 minutes to the Olympic park. Around the building you have a big garden with cute and shy rabbits and squirrels.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, with a huge lift (perfect for moving).
The apartment is fully furnished. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 totally equipt kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 bathroom (with washing machine), 1 toilet, Keller and a parking space for a car.
The bedroom includes: a bed, study table, chair and a huge wardrobe. *the blue carpet, the bedside table and the book shelf belong to me (I am still considering if I will sell it or not).
