I’m subletting my room and looking for a new flatmate to take my place from April 1st to September 15th, 2025 (with a possible extension of 2 weeks).
You’ll be sharing the WG with Szonja, Sofie, and Leon, plus another new flatmate moving in at the same time as you! There are two rooms available, so if you want to apply with a friend, this is your chance ;)
The room is 20 m², furnished, and has its own sink and kitchenette. The apartment has five rooms, two bathrooms, and a common room with an oven, sink, and washing machine.
The WG is located in Lechernau, near Olympiapark. The Oberwiesenfeld U-Bahn station is 7 minutes by bike or 20 minutes on foot, and there are buses nearby. You can reach the city center in 20 minutes by U-Bahn.
For groceries, there’s a Netto and Norma 5 minutes away, and a Rewe, Aldi, and Rossmann 10 minutes away by bike.
I’m looking for someone who will respect my room and get along well with the other flatmates :)
Also, I have some plants that I can’t take with me abroad, so if you’re up for taking care of them, that would be a big plus (but not a requirement)!
