16qm^2 Zimmer, quadratisch geschnitten mit 2 Fenstern zu einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Morgens bis Mittags scheint die Sonne in das Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, jedoch könnte ich kostenlos ein 90x200m Bett inkl. Matratze bereitstellen

Zu Fuß erreicht man in 4 min die U-Bahn Station Georg-Brauchle-Ring(U1), in 8 min beim Olympia-Einkaufszentrum(U3) und in 15 Minuten am Moosacher Bahnhof (S1). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt, direkt vor der Tür ist ein Norma, aber auch Rewe, Aldi und eben das OEZ sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Olympiapark ist auch direkt vor der Tür, in welchem es sich bei gutem Wetter super spazieren oder joggen lässt.

Ich suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, da meine alte Mitbewohnerin nach ihrem Bachelor ausgezogen ist. Ich bin ein ruhiger und ordentlicher Mensch, freue mich aber, wenn man sich mal in der Küche verquatscht oder zusammen was kocht.

Ich arbeite und schreibe nebenher meine Bachelorarbeit in Informatik, weshalb ich oft daheim bin und leider auch nicht zu viel Zeit habe im Moment.
