Hello! As I move out of our WG, we are looking for a rental agent for a room of the cool WG in Moosach.
The room is about 15 sqm, with a beautiful parquet floor. You have access to the bathroom that you only share with another roommate. The apartment has a total of 3 bathrooms. In addition, there is an Ethernet socket for fast internet in each room.

Some furniture, e.g. bed, couch and cabinet, I would like to make a small friendly price.

The modern duplex apartment goes over two floors, with a large open kitchen and living room on the upper floor. There is also the beautiful balcony with barbecue, where you come together from the Öfteren and even have an alpine view in good weather.

The whole residential complex is extremely new and well in shot and very well maintained. There is also a bicycle cellar next to the entrance and free parking in front of the house. A parking space for the car can be rented if necessary.

The traffic connection is top! You have the subway, S-Bahn and tram in walking distance and are in the city centre within 15 minutes. The S-Bahn takes you to the main road, the subway to the Maxvorstadt and the university. The stations are just 4-5 minutes' walk from the front door.

Hallo! Da ich aus unser WG ausziehe, suchen wir einen Nachmieter für ein Zimmer der coolen WG in Moosach.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß, mit einem schönen Parkettboden. Dazu hast du Zugang zum Badezimmer, das du lediglich mit einer anderen Mitbewohnerin teilst. Die Wohnung verfügt insgesamt über 3 Bäder. Zudem liegt in jedem Zimmer eine Ethernetbuchse für schnelles Internet.

Einige Möbel, z.B. Bett, Couch und Schrank, würde ich gerne gegen einen kleinen Freundschaftspreis abgeben.

Die moderne Maisonette-Wohnung geht über zwei Etagen, mit einer großen offenen Küche und Wohnzimmer im oberen Stockwerk. Dort ist auch der schöne Balkon mit Grill, wo man des Öfteren zusammenkommt und bei gutem Wetter sogar einen Alpenblick hat.

Die ganze Wohnanlage ist extrem neu und gut in Schuss sowie sehr gepflegt. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradkeller direkt neben dem Eingang und kostenfreie Stellplätze vor dem Haus. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz für's Auto kann bei Bedarfangemietet werden.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist top! Du hast die U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Straßenbahn in fußläufiger Nähe und bist innerhalb von 15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Die S-Bahn fährt auf die Stammstrecke, die U-Bahn in die Maxvorstadt und zur Uni. Die Bahnhöfe sind nur 4-5 Fußminuten von der Haustür entfernt.

An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es alles, was man so braucht. Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland, DM, Biomarkt, Bäckerei sind alle in unter 10 Fußminuten zu erreichen.

Wir sind alle berufstätig, das solltest du auch sein oder zumindest im späteren Teil deines Studiums/Ausbildung.
In der Woche geht es eher ruhiger zu, aber am Wochenende sind alle unternehmenslustig.

Es wird auch große Rücksicht untereinander genommen, die Wohnung ist gut gegen Schall isoliert, sodass man in seinem Zimmer nichts wirklich von den anderen mitbekommt.
