(Fotos folgen noch! :) )Das Zimmer ist mit 20qm recht geräumig und relativ hell. Es gibt ein 1,40m Doppelbett sowie einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch. Vom Schreibtisch aus blickt man in den Innenhof. Die Wohnung ist zwar im Erdgeschoss, aber durch den Innenhof geht der Blick ins Grüne und man fühlt sich nicht sehr beobachtet, versprochen!

Die Lage ist wirklich super, von hier braucht man mit dem Fahrrad eigentlich nirgendwohin länger als 15 Minuten. (Also sei es an die Isar, Olympiapark, oder Innenstadt. Auch in unmittelbarer Nähe ist viel geboten. Ich finde die Maxvorstadt ist wirklich perfekt, wenn man möglichst viel um sich herum haben will und trotzdem ein wenig Ruhe gern hat.

Mein Mitbewohner ist ein super entspannter Typ, der Vollzeit arbeitet und jemanden sucht der jetzt nicht nur für die Wiesn und für Party da ist. Für einen Monat wird es bestimmt ein wenig zweckmäßig sein, aber ich würd behaupten, dass man sich mit ihm ziemlich wohl fühlt! Aber man kann sich ja auch bei einem kurzen Telefonat noch besser kennenlernen.
