Ich biete mein Zimmer vom 10.7.24-31.01.25 zur Untermiete an.
Das Zimmer ist auf der Rückseite des Hauses und damit das ruhigste Zimmer in der Wohnung.
Fotos von der Wohnung schicke ich auf Anfrage.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Holzapfelkreuth ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Von dort aus sind es 20 min zum Marienplatz.
10 min zu Fuß entfernt, ist der schöne Westpark zum Chillen ,Freunde treffen, Sport machen und Natur genießen.
Die WG teilst du dir mit Alina (24) und Fabrize (32), zwei sehr liebe Mitbewohner, mit denen es sich entspannt Zusammenleben lässt.
Sie sind beide berüfstätig und ihnen ist wichtig, daß darauf Rücksicht genommen wird, d. h. unter der Woche am Abend und in der Nacht Ruhe und das das Bad morgens nicht dauerbesetzt ist.
Mit dem Putzen wechseln wir uns ab.
