Hallo und guten Tag,
ich bin eine unternehmungslustige Rentnerin mit Katze, die seit vielen Jahren ein WG-Leben führt! Ich wohne in einer 3-Zimmerwohnung mit schönem Balkon direkt am Olympiapark.
Meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin ist 27 Jahre und zieht leider Ende Oktober 2024 aus und so wird ein helles, freundliches, möbiliertes Zimmer frei.
Die Lage ist ideal, seit 2008 habe ich kein Auto mehr, mache alles mit dem Rad und vermisse das Auto überhaupt nicht. Mit der Tram bin ich in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
Ein freundschaftliches Miteinander hatte ich bisher mit allen Mitbewohnerinnen, auch Konzertbesuche, Wanderungen etc. waren immer dabei - aber natürlich hat Jede auch ihr eigenes Leben.
Die Miete mit allem drum und dran beträgt 650 € , darin sind auch WLan und alle Nebenkosten enthalten. Kaution brauche ich nicht - das geht auf Vertrauensbasis!
