Hey, ich ziehe 1 Monat früher als geplant aus meiner WG aus, deshalb wird mein Zimmer für Januar als Untermiete frei. Es ist 10 m² groß, voll möbliert mit Matratze, Bett, 2 Schränken, Kommode, Tisch und Stuhl. Ab dem 20. Dezember bin ich weg, ab da kann also eingezogen werden. Auch wenn es nur ein Monat ist, ist vllt. trotzdem ganz gut, um nochmal mehr Zeit zu haben, eine bessere Wohnung zu finden. Als Preis hab ich 550 angegeben, ist aber verhandelbar für mich. Würde mich sehr freuen, wenn da so spontan noch jemand Interesse hat:)
Sehr ruhige Gegend in der Nähe zum Olympiapark und BMW-Werk. Bus in direkter Nähe. 3 U-Bahn Stationen in 15-20 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 min in der Innenstadt.
Ruhige, nette Atmosphäre. Ganz sauber
