Subletting my room in 3 person WG for a 6-month period starting in March. The room comes furnished, and we can discuss any additional items you'd like. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's extra storage in the basement.
Location is super convenient with a bus stop right in front, connecting to U2, U3, U6, and tram 23. U2 is a 10-minute walk. N41 also stops here. Easy access to Englischer Garten and nearby stores (Rewe, Penny, dm, Norma).
Our WG is friendly and values cleanliness. Luis and Sevgi are master's students at TUM and also work part-time. We enjoy cooking and spending time together, but since everyone can be busy with life, we also value peace and quiet.
