Wir haben 2 Bäder, eine Küche und einen kleinen Balkon.

We are looking for a flatmate for February in our beautiful renovated shared flat between Theresienwiese and the central station.
Your room is approx. 16 m² with a bed and a shelf.
We have 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a small balcony.
Sehr zentral zwischen Theresienwiese (3 min zur U-Bahn) und Hauptbahnhof (7 min);
internationales Viertel; zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit gut erreichbar.

Centrally located between Theresienwiese (3 minutes to the underground) and the main station (7 minutes to the underground); international neighbourhood; easy to reach at any time of the day or night.
Wir (Benne, Laura, Verena) sind alle drei berufstätig und teilweise im Homeoffice. Ab und zu kochen wir zusammen oder unternehmen etwas - das entscheiden wir meistens spontan.
Mit uns wohnt noch ein kleiner, immer gut gelaunter Hund (Rudi, 30 cm Schulterhöhe).

All three of us (Benne, Laura, Verena) work and sometimes work from home. Every now and then we cook together or do something - we usually decide spontaneously.
A small, always cheerful dog (Rudi, 30 cm shoulder height) lives with us.
