Das Zimmer ist mit 2 IKEA-Schränken mit Spiegeltür, Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Lampen ausgestattet.
Bad, Böden und Wände wurden umgebaut und modernisiert. In der Wohnung wurde Laminat verlegt.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd, Dunstabzugshaube, sowie einem Side-by-Side-Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Laim, Parkplätze finden Sie auf der Straße vor dem Haus, Straßenbahn (19, 29, und N19) die Straße runter in Gehweite, S-Bahn und U-Bahn Station Laim ebenfalls innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten.
Restaurants, Fast Food, Fitnessstudios und Lebensmittelgeschäfte befinden sich in der Nähe.
Ich wohne im ersten Zimmer (38, berufstätig) und freue mich auf eine nette neue Mitbewohnerin.
