Just some information to make things clear first to save each other’s time.
The room is available from 01.03.2025. Only a minimum period of 6 months can be considered. Deposit is 3-month Rent + Nebenkost, which is 1690 EUR. Only transferring the deposit is considered as official. It is also okay to transfer half first then the other half at a later time.
About the room:
The room is of size 14 m2. It has a cozy window looking over at the balcony.
The house comes unfurnished but you can possibly buy the following set of furnitures from the current flatmate - Wardrobe, Desk, Black Chair, Bookshelf. You can discuss the price with the person moving out.
The electricity and wifi cost is shared among the three flatmates.

Shared space:
The living room is shared between three flatmates and it has two big couches. We share some board games and temporarily use a monitor to watch some movies on some weekends.
The Bathroom includes a bathtub, WC and a Washing Machine.
In addition to these, we have a small storage room where we currently store our shoes and cleaning supplies. A Keller at the basement is also available to store other stuffs.

Hier sind Hannes und Balahari- wir suchen nach einer netten und freundlichen Person für unser gemeinsames gemütliches Leben in Unterföhring.
Ich bin wissenschaftliche mitarbeiter und Hannes studiert Bachelors im Chemie an der TUM.
Da wir eine internationale WG sind, sprechen wir auf English zu Hause. Daher gründliche Kenntnisse sind angefordert ;)
Für uns Ordnung, Ruhe, gute Kommunikation und gutes Vibe zu Hause sind ganz wichtig. Ein Plus wäre, wenn du schon mal in WG gewohnt hast und kennst die Regeln😊
Partys sind auch ab und zu gewünscht, aber Party Animals sind wir auch nicht und nach der Arbeit wollen wir meistens etwas erholen.
Wir beide kochen gerne und oft zusammen, manchmal schauen wir auch nen Film im Wohnzimmer. Wäre schön wenn wir uns alle gut vertragen könnten und was zusammen zu dritt machen 🌞
Wir beide sind offene und positive Menschen und werden uns auf jemanden mit ähnlicher Einstellung freuen😊

The earlier flatmates were also students from either LMU or TUM. It is a quiet neighbourhood and fits well for students.
We do have a cleaning Plan for the house and maintain it well.
We expect the roommate to have prior WG experience in Germany.
