Hallo, ich ziehe aus der WG aus, weil ich in eine WG mit meinem engen
Freund ziehe und suche nach einem netten Nachmieter. Das Zimmer ist
zwischen dem 1. Juli und dem 1. Oktober verfügbar. Danach wird die
Firma, die die Immobilie betreibt (Immotop), eine andere Wohnung für die
Mieter finden, da diese aktuelle Wohnung verkauft wird. Der Vertrag mit
der Firma läuft ein Jahr, kann aber verlängert oder für einen kürzeren
Zeitraum abgeschlossen werden.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen
Schreibtisch, einen Bürostuhl und den Nachttisch für 100 Euro zu kaufen.
Hi, I am moving out of the WG because I will live in a WG with my close
friend and I am searching for a nice person to take over the room. The room is available
between the 1st of July and the 1st of October. Afterwards, the firm
operating the property (Immotop) will find another apartment for the
tenants, because this current apartment will be sold. The contract with
the firm is for one year but can be extended or made for a shorter
period of time. The room is fully
furnished and there is a possibility to buy a desk, an office chair, and
the nightstand table for 100 Euros.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten vom Nymphenburg-Kanal und 10 Minuten vom
lebhaften Rotkreuzplatz entfernt. Dies ermöglicht eine schöne Lage in
der Nähe von Verbindungen ins Stadtzentrum und nahe dem Schlosspark.
The apartment is 5 minutes away from
the Nymphenburg Canal and 10 minutes away from the lively Rotkreuzplatz.
This allows for a nice location close to connections to the city center
and close to the castle park.
Die anderen 3 Mitbewohner sind sehr
entspannt – 2 von ihnen sind Studenten und einer ist Geschichtslehrer.
The other 3 roommates are very chill and laid back - 2
of them are students and one is a history teacher.
