ich mache bei TUM exchange ein Auslandsemester und untervermiete mein Zimmer von November bis Mai. top Zimmer wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen. der Einbauschrank klaut leider sehr viel Platz vom großen Zimmer. Einbauschrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Bett und Regal ist optional von mir zur Verfügung.
Tram Station borstei in 1 minute und Ubahn/bus Station Westfriedhof in 5 Minuten zu fuß erreichbar. also gute Verbindung zum Sendlinger Tor und Hauptbahnhof. Olympiapark ist in 10 Minuten zu fuß und 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreicht. TUM Garching, TUM Stammcampus, LMU und vor allem die Hochschule bei der Lochstraße sind alle gut zu erreichen.
wir haben oft Besuch von Geschwistern,Freundin und Freunden. Die küche ist top ausgestattet ich liebe es hier zu kochen. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine haben wir installieren lassen. Bad und Klo sind getrennt. Bei WG Partys wird immer bierpong gespielt. ich studiere Umweltingenieurwesen im 4 Semester.
Miteinander wird viel gesprochen, ab und zu gemeinsam gekocht, Pokerabend, oder Party/ Clubabende und viel Volleyball gespielt.
hier leben aktuell Nichtraucher ohne Haustier. bei Partys wird aber immer am Balkon geraucht.
